No: It is rare for cancer to be caused by any form of oral intake unless the product contains a carcinogen. There are some questions about microwaving a plastic container with food wherein the possibility of the plastic releasing some form of carcinogen into the food can be harmful. Frozen empty bottles could not possibly be associated with a carcinogen that would enter liquid put into the bottle.
