A couple: Did you injure the wrist or did this occur spontaneously? If spontaneous, some concern for ligament or bleeding problem. If it occurred as result of injury, concern for ligament tear, fracture. Need exam, possibly x-ray. Dr. can then provide appropriate recommendations
