Any suggestions for acne scrubbing drying my skin?

Why scrub?: This is unlikely to help the situation all that much. A good topical agent like benzoyl peroxide as tolerated may be enough; it's not pleasant but it's got a good chance of working. If it's not enough, get with your personal physician to add a second rx. The key to managing acne is finding something you can live with until the disease self-cures -- there's no guessing when that wil happen.
