See below: An anomalous right coronary artery is one that is in a different location from its usual anatomic position. It can be different in two ways: 1) where it comes off of the aorta, 2) how it gets to the parts of the heart it is supposed to supply. This can be a benign condition that's nothing to worry about, but its important to followup with your doctor to check if the location of the artery is safe.
