Could abdominal adhesions cause infertility?

Depends on location: Abdominal adhesions that are down in the pelvis can interfere with the function of the ovaries and fallopian tubes and can potentially cause infertility. The only way to know if this is an issue would be to have a diagnostic laparoscopy.
