After about 13 shots: It would take quite a bit of Lidocaine to cause any problems. Don't know why you're asking, but if you're on the computer typing the question, chances are you did not overdose....

Never heard of: Not that i know of. Maybe some people have allergic reactions (if Epinephrine is used as an additive for control of bleeding and longer acting, ) but overdose, don't think so.
