I don't think so: whether prescribed or not, chronic opioid therapy has effects on many things needed for driving, and while regular drivers licenses are not a problem, a commercial license may well be. It may depend on the state. Usually there is a booklet available from each state regarding their requirements, and I would start with getting and reviewing that. Talk to your prescribing physician and get a letter
