TB biopsy: If your child has a history of exposure, clinical findings suggestive of TB and/or a positive TB skin test ( called a ppd), a biopsy provides material for cultures and examination by a pathologist. Your doctor will review the risks and benefits of the procedure with you. Pediatric respiratory prmg can review records faxed to: 858 259 9689. I hope this helps.
