Extractions: Since every case is different, why not ask the dentist who plans on extracting your tooth? Simply and in general: the dentist will numb the area with a local anesthetic, and then the dentist takes the tooth out, your finished. Some cases are more difficult (as with broken down and\or impacted teeth). Then more time needed and larger fee involved.
