Several suggestions: There are many conditions which may be associated with chest pain while exercising. If you have a history of wheezing, asthma, allergies, this symptoms may represent exercise induced asthma. Cardiac causes at your age are more uncommon, but should be considered as well. I would suggest that a work up include pulmonary function testing before and after exertion and with a bronchodilator.
