Yes, but: Teeth grinding, or bruxism is usually a chronic problem. Sometimes it's precipitated by certain drugs. Best to see a TMJ specialist to evaluate the condition. Tranquilizers may help, but you may trade one problem - grinding, or another - addiction to the drug. A dentist can make a night guard which will help with the grinding.
