I have a lot of scaring. i was wondering if dermabrasion will help or just make my acne worse?

Get seen: If you still have acne, and are also dealing with scars, get with a physician able to get your acne at bay -- perhaps a dermatologist if possible. Once the acne is under good control, ask about scar removal. Dermabrasion is giving way to lasers, microsurgery and fillers.
