No: Unfortunately, either you, your child, or your neighbors kid has a pre-destined shape to their heads which you will not be able to remold, reshape, or otherwise change with pressure applied by the hands or any other means. The calcified structure of the skull simply does not permit this kind of reshaping to occur. Evolution can do it but i don't think you're willing to wait that long.

Forget it: To change the shape of a 22 year old's skull would require breaking it which would take quite a bit of pressure and likely result in your death or serious disability. Why do you want to change your skull's shape. Chances are the shape of your head does not affect your appearance the way you think it does. Almost any 22 year old looks good if they believe they do and concentrate on staying healthy.
