Constipated: You have pain secondary to your constipation. You may have to increase fiber in your diet. Add fruits and vegetables to your diet. Add figs, dates, raisins and nuts to your diet. Reduce your milk and milk products. Eat high fibered cereals and drink 6-8 glasses if water.
