Muscular: If you don't have abdominal discomfort the rest of the time, it appears that your abdominal muscles are stretched to the point of discomfort when you're too flat on your back and the discomfort should be relieved by changing position. Deep breaths could aggravate the discomfort. Have an exam if the symptoms worsen or become continual.
