Allergy: In most likelihood, you had allergy to the bites and it caused release of histamine causing vasodilatation or opening up of the blood vessels, decrease blood pressure, dizziness and fainting and vomiting. That is past so it would be difficult to find out now but your allergy can intensify on next exposure.
