Several Rxs: The depend on the type of jia. Most children below the age of puberty have early onset adult spondyloarthroparhies, and respond to sulfasalazine, methotrexate, the biologics (enbrel, humira), and and conventional nsaids (ie naproxen. However nsaids only help with pain/fever, and do not get rid of the inflammation well to be used alone.
