OPTIONS: First i would start treatment if your doctor recommended it. Not everyone experiences hot flashes , some that do can tolerate them, in others it may be uncomfortable. Supplements like vit c and primrose oil maybe enough for some, others may need medications like:neurontin, clonidine, sertraline or venlafaxine. Note these medications may be associated with there own side effects.
