Cannot see happening: Good for you that you will be 4 months clean before delivering your baby. I hope you are also avoiding alcohol, tobacco, and anything else that might have an adverse effect on your baby or you. Unless there are a lot of other extenuating circumstances about which you have not shared, i cannot see your baby being taken from you over your previous marihuana use. May both your baby and you be healthy.

I doubt it/hope not: According to my research georgia tests newborns "if there is suspected drug exposure." they do not routinely test all newborns. Your baby might test positive if you used in the fifth month, but even if you do they probably won't take your baby away- see http://answers.Yahoo.Com/question/index?Qid=20130409054448aayqpbh if still concerned consider home birth or giving birth in another state.
