After a couple of months offeeling well it's been decided that i need to upgrade my pacemaker to a 2 lead is this serious or just added to my box?

Pacemaker: The decision for a single vs a dual chamber pacemaker depends on the patient's specific situation. You should have this discussion with your cardiologist. In general single vs dual chamber pacemaker doesn't raise procedural risk significantly. Neither does it necessarily imply the patients cardiac situation is worse.

Pacemaker: It is not difficult but not sure why two leads were not put in initially. Also you will need a new pacer to accommodate two leads.
