Seek evaluation: It is unlikely for fertility problems to be caused by lack of vitamins. A prenatal may help some as folate (folic acid) reduces miscarriage. The first step should be having your partner checked as about half the time it's due to low sperm counts. If that's ok see a ob/gyn doc for evaluation. Acupuncture ; herbs like rhodiola can improve fertility but have a good standard evaluation first. One ovary is enough!
