Why?: Labs for herpes i and herpes ii antibodies are far from completely sensitive or specific. If you have no symptoms, you're not going to do anything different even if you've met herpes ii, and you can't make others sick. I'm sorry your relationship failed, but you're not tainted. You have other health issues and life is hard enough even if you are fully well. Don't trouble yourself; move on.
