Maybe not Norovirus?: Norovirus causes explosive epidemics of diarrhea, usually mild, and with a spectrum of symptoms ; signs--nausea in 88%, abdominal cramps in 67%, vomiting in 66%, muscle aches in 56%. Generally, the illness lasts no more than 1-2 days, but can produce dehydration in the elderly (who may require hospitalization). For persistent or atypical symptoms, consider a different diagnosis ; get checked.
