Eat less, exercise: It's been shown time and again that increasing your activity throughout the day can be as effective as a dedicated block of exercise all at once. A step counter helps- just add 1000 steps to your baseline. A healthy diet with portion control will help. Count calories, keep a food journal, eat quality foods and don't snack- stay away from junk food. Don't skip meals.
