Treatment options: Dorsal wrist impingement occurs when the dorsal wrist capsule is pinched between the ecrb tendon and the dorsum of the scaphoid carpal bone. Treatment is usually steroid injection and rest. If unsuccessful than arthroscopic debridement or resection of that area of the dorsal capsule is indicated.
