U R always @ risk: But u can reduce ur risk with a balanced diet ; regular exercise both weight ; cardio. If u find this hard 2 do on ur own, join a health club ; get into a group semi private program @ least 3x/wk 4 hour classes. U will find it enjoyable, meet some new friends ; because u r on a schedule, u r less likely 2 skip workouts. Try it 4 a while, most give u a trial period, ; u can quit if u don't like it.
