Varies: Unfortunately, a lot of the treatments for neck and back pain are somewhat trial and error. Which is to say that what might work for one person might not work at all for another. There are a number of non-operative, non-invasive treatments for neck pain including NMR and chiropractic care. One is not definitively better, particularly on an individual basis. You may just have to try one and see.

Let me explain: I do believe the way to handle it to get the proper diagnosis, then set plan for management, this problem will be with you for ever and possibly get worse with time. I advice to see a spine specialist and have him give a solid advice how to proceed. Good luck.
