You may need an : evaluation by a neurologist, neurosurgeon or Orthopaedic surgeon for a complete examination and possible MRI of the cervical spine to rule out possible causes like a disc herniation, spinal stenosis or both or other issues involving the spinal cord such as myleomalacia or scarring or even a syringomyelia which may signify other issues.
