Banana: Bananas are a good source of potassium, B vitamins, Vitamin C and Magnesium. They also contain tryptophan which is converted to serotonin. Bananas don’t contain any fat or cholesterol. A medium sized banana has 105 calories with 3.1 grams of fiber and 422 mg of Potassium.
