NOT TO WORRY....,: Fever less than 101 f doesn't need any fever reducer. Pick only one: Acetaminophen is ok. Don't alternate Ibuprofen and acetaminophen; american academy of pediatrics discourages it, because it is harmful. Make sure your child drinks enough fluid.
