I only get headaches above my right eye all the way downto my right jaw. what could this be caused from?

Sinus: Most pain in or around an eye is from sinusitis or headache. Pain reliever and decongestant should relieve it. If not, or if it is getting worse, go see your doctor. It could also be due to an eye problem such an inflammation in (called uveitis) or around the eye. You need to see an eye doctor to really rule this out.

Many things....: Best case is muscle spasm but it really needs an exam and more information to understand the cause. One could develop this type of pain from certain types of headaches, a maxillary sinus infection or mass, neural compression of sensory nerve roots to the face and so on. This type of symptom can occur with too many different diseases than for me to say much more.
