I've been experiencing heart burn a lot lately. i think it is from my diet. what foods should i avoid to avoid heartburn?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Heart burn : Avoid eating 3 hours before sleeping. Lose belly fat. Put six- to eight-inch blocks under the legs at the head of the bed or a Styrofoam wedge under the mattress. Avoid chocolate, mint, coffee, acid foods, soda, carbonated drinks, large meals, fatty meals, spicy foods. If you smoke, or overweight, lost weight, have problems swallowing, bleeding or have this more than 2 months, see a doctor.
