A member asked:

M south indian.are there lymph nodes on my throat.why that part on my neck over my throat always seems to swell whenever i get a throat infection?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not just: Not just lymph nodes in your neck, but the lymphatic tissue that creates a ring at the back of your oral cavity (adenoids on top, tonsils on sides, back 1/3 of tongue on bottom) may be affected by oral/neck infection. Next time it happens seek consultation w ear/nose/throat specialist.
