Appears you experienced a closed head injury causing a local hematoma above your right ear, and this should resolve over the next few weeks, but will be tender over the interval. Do wonder if you also injured your jaw concurrently. Might check with your dentist.

Agree with Dr. Mechanic. If you someone hit you on purpose, that is physical assault and you should report it to the police. If similar issues have happened before, you are in an abusive situation and need to get out of it.
