ECZEMA: Due to cold dry weather, eczema flare up in winter. Use a lot of moisturizing lotion / vaseline on dry, red areas. On the face, the otc cream will be 1% Hydrocortisone cream. Take her to the pediatrician or dermatologist for a check up whether her eczema is worsening or she got something else on the top of her eczema.
