May be unstable: The knee is still recovering from surgery at 3 months and it is common for patients to experience stiffness when getting up from a chair or bed. They may also notice some clicking noise at times. Locking up or clunking is not common and could indicate instability in the knee. This means the implants are not tracking correctly and the knee is not balanced correctly.
