Diagnosis?: Your "small white bump" would have to be personally seen in order to arrive at a diagnosis. If you fear std's you should see your own physician for a consultation regarding testing and prevention.

Get it examined: Anytime you are exchanging bodily fluids with another, even saliva, you can be at risk for a disease. Some std lesions in the mouth appear cauliflower-like. If you have had this a while, please see your dentist or an oral surgeon.
