Can there be heavy bleeding from piles during pregnancy?

Define heavy?: During pregnancy, hemorrhoids can flare and cause some bleeding especially if you are getting constipating. Have your OB examine you and offer advice if the bleeding seems excessive for both your welfare and your baby's. He may be able to manage it or refer you to a colorectal surgeon.
