Thrombosis: Clots are rare in 22 year olds (actual age?) and especially so on patches (vs. Pills.) is there a reason, such as a known clotting disorder, you are worried about clots? If "yes" then you need consultation and probably something more than natural intervention. Taking a daily baby Aspirin (not the adult strength) can also be a good intervention.
