Mom had 1 stroke 2 years ago now heart attack.is it dangerous for her? what to do?

Prevention: What can i say, there and men and women in the world that are the picture of health and still have heart attacks/strokes? You can never fully stop them; however, you must do whatever it takes to lower risk factors: blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol, etc. If the stroke was at a young age (under 55) then secondary causes should be sought.
