Bladder too low: The bladder can drop into the pelivs with age and in women can be corrected with a pessary for example. Bladder leakage during cough is not normal and is inconvenient and may be quite amenable to treatment with a urologist/gyn. Other causes could include urinary tract infections or other bladder urinary conditions.
