Had bad pms 3 days before period period 1 day late still having pms but at times is not so bad except for some nausea and peeing a lot why? virgin

PMS: Pms can cause multiple symptoms. From mood changes, pain, breast tenderness, nausea, vomiting, irritability etc. You should make a 3 month diary of your symptoms to have a proper diagnosis. There are multiple therapies for pms ( hormonal, non hormonal, vitamins, excersie, diet etc). Talk to your obgyn to discuss treatment options most convenient for you.
