I am 38 . my total testosterone is 291. and my free testosterone is 5.9 . normal lab ranges are 241 - 827 @ 5.1 - 41.5 ... i am symptomatic. how does my urologist goin to look at those values. what they indicate for my age ? thanks.

Low-Normal. : In and of themselves, they’re in a low-normal range and as such they’re technically normal. However, if you remain symptomatic it would be advisable to bring your levels up to the mid-range.
