Probably: Or after exam by your urologist. Residual scarring is not unusual. But you need to rule out any tumors.

If it bothers you: You could have a repat ultrasound if you want to have a redo hydrocelectomy. Nothing need be done if ur comfortable with the smaller kiwi sized hydrocele.
