Interactions of drug: Possibly you will have no problems with those medications. Sometimes, sedation is an issue due to the interaction of both drugs being sedating. You may have been prescribed them at night to reduce complaints, and to improve your sleep. Both medicines may increase your appetite, so be careful and avoid overeating, exercise and maintain a lean diet. Talk to your doctor if any problem arises.

Moderately more risk: Harmful, probably (hopefully) not - but the risk of side effects is greater - dizziness, confusion, poor judgement. I would advise my patients to avoid this if possible - but if your complaints are serious and you've tried every other way - psychotherapy, life style change, etc. Without success, it may be worth a try. Ect might even be an option. It depends on many things. Discuss it w/ dr. Best!
