Could be flat feet: A collapse of the arch in your foot can cause problems starting with your feet, ankles, knees, then hips and back. A podiatrist can help make you good orthotics so that can keep the whole leg happy! check the tread on your shoes. If they aren't wearing the same, your foot placement is not the same. Replace shoes with bad tread. Could also be raynauds?
