Can't hurt, but: Most importantly, give any future babies the best chance of a "normal" nervous system by using l-methylfolate 15mg instead of regular folic acid. Only 16% of people can use the regular type any more. This leads to infertility and neural tube defects. This is due to mthfr genotypes 677 ; 1298--get tested and be treated before conception and throughout pregnancy. Only one prenatal, neevodha uses it.

Yes in moderation: As with many things in life, it is okay in moderation. If you follow the directions on the container you should be fine. I do not know of any studies showing lemon green tea helps to conceive however. I would recommend getting a physical from your obstetrician or family physician if you are having difficulty conceiving.
