Over the counter: Over the counter Benadryl (diphenhydramine) is low dose, and can safely be taken as directed. The main side effect is drowsiness. Hydrocortisone cream (also otc) can be used a time or two outside your vagina to address some of the reaction as well. Of course, best thing is to avoid being exposed to latex - that can be a serious allergic reaction, so avoid recurrent exposures.

Change brands?: If one type of condom causes an allergic reaction, you might try changing brands. It may be the spermicidal powder on the condum causing the reaction rather than the latex itself.
