See answer: The thiazide diuretics and beta-blocker BP meds have been most associated with erectile dysfiunction (ed). The classes of BP meds which are generally felt to not cause ed are ace inhibitors, alpha-blockers, calcium channel blockers, and arbs (angiotensin ii receptor blockers). High BP itself is a risk factor for ed. If u feel your BP med is contributing to ed, talk with your md about other options.
