Yes: See a sleep medicine specialist. 6 hours of sleep is not adequate for you. You should shoot for 7-8 hours per night. Practice sleep hygiene. See one of dr. Heidi fowler's excellent reviews of sleep hygiene on healthtap. Download a sleep diary ( google it online) and track your sleep patterns for four weeks before you see the sleep doc and bring the diary with you to the appointment . Best wishes.
